Before your order arrives

• Delivery time counts from when your payment is confirmed.
• Delivery fees depend on your location and are paid separately on arrival. We will communicate the delivery fee before your order is sent out.
• Please give a correct delivery address and a phone number that is switched on. If delivery fails because the details were wrong or no one was available, a re-delivery fee may apply.
• Delays caused by couriers, weather or public holidays are outside our control. We will tell you as soon as we know of one.
