By placing an order with Gossip Makeover, you agree to these terms and to our delivery, refunds and exchanges, and privacy policies.
These policies cover retail and wholesale orders and consultation bookings. Product delivery, refunds and exchanges apply to product orders.
Orders
An order is confirmed once we receive your payment. To change an order, contact us before it is sent out.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Naira and may change without notice. A price change never affects an order you have already paid for. We accept bank transfer and card payments.
Products
We describe and photograph our hair and beauty products as accurately as we can. Colour and texture may look slightly different on your screen. All items are subject to availability.
Product use
Use and care for products as directed. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, alteration, or poor care after delivery.
Our content
The Gossip Makeover name, logo, photos, and videos belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
